En la categoría ‘Best Metal Performance’ (Mejor interpretación de metal) competirán Deftones, Dream Theater, Gojira, Mastodon y Rob Zombie. La categoría ‘Best Rock Performance’ (Mejor interpretación de rock) se debatirá entre AC/DC, Black Pumas, Chris Cornell, Deftones y Foo Fighters.
