Joey Jordison, exbatería de Slipknot, ha fallecido a los 46 años. La triste noticia se ha conocido a través de un comunicado publicado por la familia.
“Estamos con el corazón roto al compartir la noticia de que Joey Jordison, prolífico batería, músico y artista falleció en paz mientras dormía el 26 de julio de 2021. Tenía 46 años. La muerte de Joey nos ha dejado con los corazones vacíos y con sentimientos indescriptibles. Para aquellos que conocían a Joey, entendieron su rápido ingenio, su personalidad gentil, su enorme corazón y su amor por todo lo relacionado con la familia y la música. La familia de Joey ha pedido que los amigos, fans y medios respeten, comprensiblemente, nuestra necesidad de privacidad y paz en este momento increíblemente difícil. La familia celebrará un funeral privado y pide a los medios y al público que respeten sus deseos”.
Joey Jordison fue miembro de Slipknot desde 1995 hasta 2013. En los últimos tiempos, tal como reflejan sus redes sociales, sus prioridades se centraron en Vimic y Sinsaenum.
